Location
Duties
- Manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases
- Oversee paralegals and support staff in case preparation
- Negotiate cases and communicate with clients regarding their case status
- Handle litigation tasks, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and responding to discovery requests and motions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient office environment
- Provide leadership within the office to foster a positive work atmosphere
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience
- Strong client advocacy skills and the ability to negotiate settlements
- Leadership skills to manage and support other staff members
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- Ability to handle cases in litigation, including depositions, mediations, and responding to motions
- A strong team player with a dedication to client care
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications
- Active Bar membership in good standing in the state of Arizona
Skills
- Experience in personal injury law and case management
- Litigation experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
