Docket Specialist Candidate must have: Paralegal Certification and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a related role required. Knowledge and experience with CompuLaw software preferred. Knowledge and understanding of the litigation process. Ability to analyze and interpret various rules, including Federal, State and Local rules for Colorado and other states as needed Ability to analyze documents to identify critical deadlines. The documents include, complaints, motions, discovery request, orders, etc.. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe). Ability to search online databases and resources (Case.net and Pacer).
