Senior Graphic Designer
Responsibilities: Design and production of firm digital and print marketing materials, advertising, announcements, client education and communication pieces, and video production. Design and produce internal communication pieces that support firm initiatives. Develop PowerPoint presentations that require more than standard template executions. Keep up-to-date with new advances in digital marketing and developing creative approaches to apply technology/applications to our marketing efforts and firm initiatives. Manage production solutions and vendor relationships. Support the trial needs of litigators when sophisticated graphics are required. Create and maintain an environment where our brand messaging and identity, and business objectives are clearly and readily understood and consistently adhered. Persuasively and clearly present design concepts against strategies defined by marketing team. Collaborate with all levels of the project with regards to planning and coordination to ensure work is aligned with project objectives and deadlines are achievable.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience. 10 + years of experience, professional services and B2B experience preferred. Experience in developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. A portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative thinking and outputs that solved business challenges. Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects) and Microsoft office. Strong knowledge of production solutions across multiple platforms and knowledge of local production vendors and other resources. Highly organized to manage and track multiple projects in a timely manner. Responsive communications regarding status of work or foreseen issues with internal team, attorneys or management personnel. Thinks strategically when determining executions to meet project plan expectations. Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline and a sense of responsibility. Must have a professional, cooperative, positive and flexible attitude, working well in a highly collaborative and fast paced team. Possesses essential customer service philosophies. Functions successfully with minimal supervision. Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills and can effectively present to internal audience the objectives of their work.

I think the leadership team is doing a great job. Keep showing your associates you care on a regular basis and everyone will profit.

Pros : This is simply a great place to work. The training and mentoring program is top notch, and it's obvious that leadership really cares about the wellbeing of their employees. The work/life balance and general work environment here are fantastic.
Cons : It's very hard to find something to dislike about this firm. Communication about strategic matters that relate to the firm could be a bit better.
