Lease Analyst The candidate will facilitate, promote and encourage a team environment at all times; Abstract/summarize property and lease documents utilizing client standards and applicable software; Ensure property and lease data is accurate as compared to the property and lease documents; Review client provided information, which may include rent rolls or other reports, for accuracy and compare to legal documents; Assist/advise Lease Administrator(s) on lease language and interpretations; Review lease abstracts performed by other Lease Analysts; Assist with the development and implementation of improved business practices and procedures; Perform administrative duties as needed such as making copies, filing, tracking data, phone coverage, etc. Will complete the Abstraction Daily Productivity Form; Maintain an average of 90% - 95% billable time; Review abstract for accuracy and completeness as compared to client standards; Provide feedback to the Lease Administrator(s) on individual Lease Analyst’s performance and progression; Attend lease analyst meetings or other company meetings; Report to the Abstraction Manager(s) regarding daily assignments/goals, lease interpretation and project questions, regarding time-keeping, salary and time off. Should have an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university; Related work experience in real estate, lease administration, paralegal and/or accounting; A combination of related work experience and education may be considered.
