Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on leasing and asset management matters
- Advise on legal issues related to property management and tenant relations
- Oversee and manage litigation and disputes
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and asset management teams
- Ensure lease documentation aligns with company policies
- Develop legal strategies to mitigate risks
- Stay current with industry trends and legal developments
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management
- Supervise and mentor legal staff
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in commercial real estate leasing
- Excellent communication skills
- High ethical standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice
- Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing practices, and asset management principles
- Detail-oriented and organized
Salary Information:
- Base compensation pay range: $235,000 - $250,000
- Actual pay may vary based on location and experience
