Trust & Estates Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys, other paralegals and firm members with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration work. Must have 2+ years of estate planning and case management experience in a law firm. Responsibilities include: Drafting estate planning documents and assist attorneys in managing client document execution process. Drafting petitions and related documents for probate, administration and miscellaneous proceedings. Assisting in the preparation, drafting and filing of estate tax returns. Communicating and meet with clients and advisers. Drafting letters and other correspondence. Assisting clients with funding and administering trusts and estates. Assisting attorneys to prepare fiduciary accountings for trusts and estates. Preparing client files and documents for client meetings. Assisting in case and calendar management. Computer proficiency, attention to detail a must. Experience with Timematters and XpressDox a plus.
