This attorney will be working on a high-volume docket. This is a great long-term career opportunity with lots of potential for growth and is ideal for someone who wants to be a top-level attorney. 1-3 years’ experience in personal injury litigation is required. Responsibilities include: All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Help resolve client issues as they arise. Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner. Qualifications and Experience: Required: Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Required: Valid TX driver license. Required: 1-3 Years of personal injury litigation experience. Competencies: Excellent research and writing skills. Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done". Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism. Attorney Compensation & Benefits: Entry Associate Level $67,500.00 - $75,000.00 DOE. Bonus structure evaluation and opportunity for raises end of Q4 of 2022. Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.
