Relationship Associate IV The candidate will provide advanced administrative support and training to the Senior Fiduciary Officer or Senior Banking Officer, other trust officers, Private Bankers and management; exercises considerable discretion in the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities. preparation of correspondence, technical and court reports and memoranda; developing original drafts for review and approval, systems training, and general assistance in all aspects of account administration in accordance with governing instruments, tax and fiduciary law, applicable fiduciary accounting standards, and local probate code, consistent with BOKF policy. Assigned tasks require broad and comprehensive experience, skill, confidentiality, and knowledge of Bank’s policies and practices. Identifies administrative projects; performs considerable coordination and follow-through; recommends priorities and procedures for accomplishing work assignments to management. Interacts with clients, investment managers, attorneys, brokers, and accountants via telephone, written communications, or meetings regarding complex problem resolution and/or account maintenance; serves as senior liaison between operational and support areas and customer; performs extensive research and communicates resolution of problem to customer and management; resolves highly technical questions and problems presented by clients and management concerning transactions in accounts and complex day to day operational issues. Provides direct technical support for officers and management in administration and management of accounts, including monitoring daily cash balances; complex credits; identifying, reconciling and depositing income and principal to accounts, preparing complex disbursements from accounts, researching cost basis and providing other technical accounting assistance to officer and management; funding assets into and distributing assets from accounts; assisting administrator in preparing and filing documents with courts, governmental and regulatory agencies, other duties as assigned. Provides assistance to Senior Department Mangers with special projects. Performs basic clerical needs; composes, initiates and reviews correspondence and memoranda; drafts and types letters, completes complex forms. Compiles and coordinates the production of presentation reports, meeting materials and management reports. Responsible for coordinating the functional training of officers and staff on all systems utilized by the local Trust and Private Banking operation. Assists in establishing and recommending code set adjustments, authorizations and system changes. Understands all aspects of relevant systems utilized within the Department, including procedures for internal control of source data and associated documents.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have Bachelors Degree or paralegal certification, and 5-7 years experience or 11-13 years equivalent work experience. May have FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 66 securities licenses. Must have Advanced PC and software application skills; includes GroupWise Scheduler, Excel, and Word. Should have excellent understanding of bank operating practices and procedures, including all IT systems in use. Must have extensive knowledge of credit, banking, trust , probate, securities transfer and tax law. Must have advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
