- Draft legal documents, perform legal research, and prepare for court proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies and deliver solutions to clients.
- Engage in client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably within an Am-Law 100 firm.
- Experience in Finance & Restructuring practice areas.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal cases and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
