Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of a caseload, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies to resolve cases favorably.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in casualty law.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania.
  • 3-5 years of experience in casualty law or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful case management and resolution.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury, property damage, and insurance law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
