Legal Secretary/Paralegal The candidate will work on a variety of litigation and administrative matters, taking cases from intake through trial. The primary responsibilities will be document requests and preparation, drafting legal pleadings, e-filing, processing discovery requests, scheduling depositions, calendaring, research, and assisting attorneys at trial. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelorâ€™s degree or an Associates degree and a Paralegal certificate. Additionally, 5+ years of experience; proficiency in MS Office and database management software; and strong research and communication skills are required. A Notary Public in the state of Washington is preferred.
