Duties:

  • Handle a variety of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in business formation and corporate governance issues.
  • Engage in project financing and securities-related activities.
  • Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough research to support transaction processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of corporate law experience, preferably in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar admission in Ohio.
