Admitted to the Bar and must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions where assigned. Must have the knowledge and ability to assist, defend or plead for another. Advanced knowledge and ability to deliberately and precisely exchange thoughts and opinions with one or more persons and to effectively translate legal language and ideas into layman's terms is needed. Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Lexis/Westlaw, and daily management of e-mail and calendar; Apply creative use of technology to the process of law to improve quality is needed.
