Associate Director, Review Solutions
The candidate will assist the Senior Director in management of firm’s Review Solutions team. Responsibilities include managing a team to ensure that all client objectives are met, coordinating Review Solutions support for Client Services Project Managers, Finance and Sales, providing guidance and training to the Review Solutions team, and handling client consultations and escalations. Collaborates with Senior Director of Review Solutions in management of RS team, including 1:1's, mid-year and annual performance reviews, hiring and compensation decisions, reporting, administration, training and providing feedback to employees. Assists in budgeting process. Responsible for attainment of team utilization targets. Works with HR on recruiting, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding of employees. Monitors Review Solutions projects to establish priorities and ensure all client objectives are met. Consults with clients on review optimization and Lighthouse proprietary applications. Maintains technical proficiency on Review Solutions platforms. Serves as primary Review Solutions resource for client escalations. Coordinates RS support for Finance and Sales. Ensures effective collaboration with Client Services and other teams in Service Delivery. Assists in ongoing assessment of revenue and service metrics. Drives best practices within Review Solutions department. Performs Review Solutions Project Manager tasks as client deadlines and business need dictate.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have 4-year degree, J D degree preferred. Should have 5+ years' ediscovery industry experience with strong knowledge of legal discovery concepts and processes. Must have experience supporting, conducting or managing document review. Must have excellent ediscovery subject-matter communication skills and exceptional customer service demeanor. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification preferred. Experience with monitoring and analyzing productivity, utilization and financial metrics preferred. Should have ability to work effectively internally and with clients. Must have excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Should have ability to multitask, prioritize and organize under pressure. Must have working knowledge of ediscovery technology, including key applications such as Relativity, Equivio and Nuix.
