The ideal candidate should possess strong organization, writing, and analytical skills, along with a keen interest and knowledge of the Federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Experience in participating in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences is required, and experience conducting internal investigations is preferred. The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of county, state, and federal courts and related rules of civil procedures. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple files, and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines effectively are essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct complex civil and criminal litigation.
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to the Federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences.
  • Conduct internal investigations as needed.
  • Manage multiple files and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic credentials.
