Job Title: Personal Injury Trial Attorney

This role will involve handling personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through to settlement or jury verdict. Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury and civil litigation cases from start to finish
• Communicate with clients to gather facts and provide legal counsel
• Take and defend depositions
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Lead mediations and develop case strategies
• Argue motions and appear in court
• Conduct jury trials and secure favorable verdicts for clients
• Collaborate with a nationwide team of attorneys and support staff
• Participate in ongoing legal training and professional development

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
• Proven track record as a first-chair attorney in jury trials
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Experience drafting and responding to legal motions
• Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active and valid membership with the Florida State Bar

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven negotiation and mediation skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail
