Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will assist and support in all aspects of a heavy litigation practice and Personal Injury Cases. Qualified candidates should possess a working knowledge of the Florida/Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and Florida Statutes. Prior experience with JAWS and Florida e-portal is preferred. Daily job duties include to document preparation, drafting motions and pleadings, proofread, file management, scheduling hearings, minimal transcription and perform legal research. The ability to develop rapport with clients, maintain strong working relationships, exhibit attention to detail, and produce an accurate and high-quality work product are essential requirements for this position. Strong organizational and communication skills, a working knowledge of computer applications and litigation support systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Time Matter is preferred. Should have 4+ years of experience.
