Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks life sciences licensing attorney with 3-6 years of biochemistry experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of license, collaboration, co-development, clinical trial, manufacture/supply and other similar commercial agreements, in either a private law firm or in-house position. Corporate or patent experience is a plus. Equivalent experience representing life sciences companies in heavily negotiated business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions would be an acceptable substitute. Technical degree in biology, biochemistry or chemistry and/or knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device industries would be helpful.Company info
