Associate Real Estate Attorney Candidate will work together with our existing team of 5 attorneys and 5 professional staff to provide outstanding legal services to the firm's expanding base of clients throughout California. As a contributing member for our firm, will have the opportunity to develop her or his own particular expertise and clientele, while also working on future and existing matters of the firm. Will have immediate direct contact with existing and potential clients, and must be eager to accept responsibility for matters and to meet monthly goals for billable hours.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: JD Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of California (recent grads waiting for bar results). 2-5 years of experience practicing law. Practical experience in both litigation and transactions. Demonstrable experience in trial proceedings, such as discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial arguments. Proclivity for teamwork, leadership, hard work, and determination. Proven excellence in writing, with extraordinary attention to detail. Experience in real estate, commercial real estate, land use preferred. California BRE broker license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly). Commitment to participating in the firm's marketing and public relations initiatives, including joining associations, securing leadership roles, and conducting webinars, seminars, and speaking engagements.
