# Senior Counsel - Commercial Contracts (Global Spend Management and Procurement) Aon is looking for an experienced Senior Counsel to join its Corporate Law team in the Commercial Contracts space. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with internal senior level clients from around the world and will have subject matter expertise in a broad range of commercial transactions. ## Job Description The Senior Counsel will join a team of 10+ other attorneys in the Corporate Law group and will be responsible for legal matters in connection with the negotiation of material supplier contracts and management of legal risks related thereto in the North America region. The successful candidate will have experience with privacy and data protection, with a primary focus on procurement and commercial contracts including outsourcing (BPO/ITO), master service agreements, statements of work, master software licensing and software as a service agreements, and other sourcing, IT and technology related matters necessary for Aon’s operations. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
