Legal Assistant The candidate will greet and welcome clients when they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Update calendars, schedule meetings, and communicate with clients. Administrative tasks including coordinating mailings, organizing files, and proofreading documents. Assist with public presentations. Using a customized database, assist in compiling lengthy legal documents. Assist with filing Medicaid Applications. Strong computer skills required. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required. Experience with QuickBooks, WordPress, and databases preferred.
