Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will provide paralegal support for a variety of litigation matters and internal investigations, including leading document and data collection, litigation hold management, and docketing. Draft responses to routine civil subpoenas. Update process and policy documents. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve process for legal hold tracking. Assist in preparing litigation metrics and reporting. Coordinate document collection and other discovery related issues. Perform factual legal research. Help with docketing and file management for patent and trademark applications.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have BS or BA degree or paralegal certification with a minimum of 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience with a law firm or in-house legal department. Should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently are musts. Experience at or working with tech companies is preferable. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Confluence and Google Docs.
