Prepare, produce and transmit documents including correspondence, reports, pleadings and presentations. Obtain, organize, index and retrieve documents and data in paper and electronic file systems. Schedule, coordinate and support meetings, proceedings and events. Arrange travel, make purchases and prepare expense reports. Maintain calendars and track deadlines. Must have Bachelorâ€™s degree. Must have prior law office or litigation support experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
