The successful candidate will have extensive litigation experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss cases, demonstrate empathy, and build trust and respect.
• Update clients regularly and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court, as necessary.
• Evaluate personal injury claims effectively and make informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment while maintaining the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in litigation, with relevant 1st chair trial experience
• Membership: Active member of the Indiana Bar in good standing
• Additional Languages: Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred

Education

• Degree: Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Must be an active member of the Indiana Bar Association
