Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will develop detailed working knowledge of all facets of cases from pre-suit demands through trial. Will effectively communicate internally with team members as well as with clients, counsel, courts, and other agency representatives. Review and summarize key aspects of discovery responses and draft responses to written discovery. Perform document reviews for responsiveness to document requests and for overall case assessment while identifying privileged documents and information for redaction. Prepare for and participate in witness and expert depositions. Perform legal research and draft related memoranda, correspondence, and motions on a variety of legal issues. Prepare for and participate in trials and administrative hearings including preparing witnesses, exhibits and pre-trial motions, jury instructions, witness examinations, and post-trial motions. Advise clients on various employment related issues, draft policies and handbooks, and conduct trainings. Keep accurate time records. Must be licensed and in good standing with the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Also licensed in New Hampshire, Rhode Island or other New England states or who are willing to become licensed are preferred.Company info
