Paralegal The candidate will be providing support to General Counsel by maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and performing overall administrative and clerical tasks. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles. Performing legal reviews for compliance with applicable agency policies and practices, regulations, and laws. Keeps files organised and up to date in paper and/or electronic format. Draft correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and settlement agreements. Analyse and input data, write articles for internal or external circulation. Network with clients and build valuable relationships. Must have BA/BS degree. Should preferably have paralegal certificate. Additional language skills is a plus. Transactional drafting and negotiating experience is desired. Real Estate and Employment Law experience is helpful. Strong Verbal Communication Skills, Excellent Organizational Skills, Multi-Tasking Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills and Computer Knowledge is needed. Solid knowledge of legal terminology, federal and state rules of legal procedure and substantive law is must.
