Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a lending/capital markets attorney with 4-8 years and 3,000 hours representing lenders and borrowers in capital markets transactions. The candidate will receive 60-80% of the work on behalf of banks and private lenders. Will have the opportunity to develop deep insight into the capital markets in Texas and nationwide and to bring that experience to middle-market businesses and entrepreneurs. Drafting and perfecting security interests, including commercial or multifamily real estate, tenant improvements or equipment, or cash flow coverage. Current experience should include representing banks or private/public lenders in fixed-income capital markets transactions. Experience with convertible promissory notes or alternative securities with debt- or fixed-income-like features would be a significant advantage. Moreover, they should have relevant experience in large, secured loans or financing transactions on behalf of banks. Additionally, successful candidates may have experience in investment, corporate, and/or M&A transactions. Must be an active member in good standing with the Texas Bar.
