Paralegal The candidate will work directly with the attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases, get involved in fact-finding projects and be responsible for developing and maintaining an index system for all case files. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible. Must have Bachelor's degree. Certificate program in paralegal studies is preferred. Should have 3-5 years' of paralegal experience. Strong communication, planning and organization abilities is needed. Strong research, analytical, critical thinking, and report-generating skills is must. Experience in using legal database software is required. Thorough knowledge of legal research techniques, thorough knowledge of legal terminology is essential. Thorough knowledge of legal communication principles and practices is must. Relevant computer knowledge and experience; information monitoring, stress tolerance is essential.
