Legal Secretary - Facilities And Business
The candidate duties include document collection and preservation, extensive document review of contracts, real estate and construction matters, document production tasks, and maintaining filing and databases. Must possess the skills to coordinate with teams, providing assistance such as drafting correspondence, preparing documents for meetings and hearings, conferences, and filing. Should possess at least 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary. Experience with contracts, construction, real estate, and/or litigation matters and processes is a plus. Must have excellent organizational, word processing, and professional level people skills. Candidates must also possess a proven history of handling multiple priorities with great focus in an efficient and effective manner. Excellent proofing, editing and writing/communication skills are a must. Candidates should be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Nitro and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite, proofreading and typing.
