Contracted Student Intern - Legal Services The Intern will assist in the development of the IT and Data Governance Model by supporting the work of the IT and Data Governance Committee. Will assist the Security Officer with a review of databases used within and prepare relevant documentation. Assist with the development of workflows and various flow charts to document the use of data within , including whether records are held in paper or electronic format, cleaning up of Meditech Account to ensure users have the proper access, cleaning up of the site security plans, and assisting in the conversion of video conferencing system to WebEX. Prepare documentation for the Committee’s review and analysis, and will assist the Director for Data Access and Privacy as well as the Security Officer with the record management review project. Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited College or University. Given the population served, bilingual or multilingual fluency is preferred.
