Special Assistant Attorney General The candidate will pursue the Attorney General's environmental agenda by challenging the dismantling of federal statutes and regulations designed to limit pollution and toxic substances, promote clean energy, and address climate change. Will evaluate potential and pending litigation, developing legal arguments and strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance these efforts. Responsibilities also include: litigation before state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies. Provide on-going support. Must have 5+ years of legal experience and excellent research and writing skills. Should have a demonstrated working knowledge of legal issues related to environmental compliance and energy policy.
