Duties

  • Provide legal advice and counsel on employment law matters to clients.
  • Handle employment litigation, including defense of wage and hour claims, class actions, and PAGA litigation.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Maintain superior client service through consistent communication and legal expertise.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience in employment law.
  • Experience in employment litigation, with preferred but not required exposure to wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to the practice of law.
  • Commitment to client service and excellence in legal practice.
  • Licensed to practice law in California.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the California Bar.
