Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, science, engineering or relevant field. 5+ years of experience in contract/business operations role in a professional services or consulting organization. Comparable experience in global software and services companies, preferably in the Life Sciences industry. Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures is advantageous. Paralegal training/experience is an asset. Excellent communications skills, both in-person and in-writing. Strong attention to detail and an expectation of excellence in themselves and others; Comfortable navigating across a multi-level organization and able to work with different stakeholders with different business needs and at times, different priorities. Strong team player. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to function well within a matrix environment and lead through influence. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Heightened sense of urgency needed to accomplish goals under short time lines; Able to conduct a variety of operations transactions, operations analyses and implementation tasks; Acknowledge multiple stakeholder requirements and work together to develop solutions; Able to achieve iDD business goals by collaborating with operations colleagues across divisions and Corporate; Effective communication skills across levels and business boundaries; Creative practitioner able to adapt to changing business and organizational requirements; Enthusiastic self-starter, can-do attitude with a strong sense of problem solving.
