Civil Rights Testing Coordinator The candidate will design, implement and coordinate fair housing and fair lending testing projects. Will analyze testing results and other statistical data. Prepare detailed, accurate written reports of testing projects. Recruit, train and supervise a diverse pool of fair housing testers. Conduct intake of fair housing complaints. Attend conferences, trainings, and other educational programs for continuing education. Assist in education and outreach efforts. Provide accurate and complete information for grant reporting and management. As needed, provide additional support to MFHC advocates, by assisting with intakes, legal research, and representing victims of housing discrimination before administrative agencies. Law degree or graduate degree in related field is strongly preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends. Strong commitment to civil rights and fair housing is needed. Note: This is contract position.
