Legal Intern, Clean Air and Clean Transportation Responsibilities: Conduct legal and factual research to inform active litigation and advocacy efforts. Assist with drafting pleadings such as complaints, briefs, and standing declarations. Help prepare comment letters and other submissions to administrative proceedings. Attend internal and external meetings relevant to projects.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated interest in environmental law and/or public interest work.
Schedule: 10 hours per week
Duration: 8 weeks
