Job Duties:
- Manage and negotiate personal injury cases with insurance providers before litigation.
- Effectively handle a full caseload, ensuring timely progress and adherence to case deadlines.
- Supervise and direct a dedicated full-time legal assistant to support case management and administrative tasks.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries throughout the case process.
- Initiate new cases, conduct initial client interviews, and maintain ongoing client contact.
- Conduct thorough case investigations, analyze intake information, and organize relevant documents.
- Enter case details into the firm's database (ATO database) for efficient case tracking and management.
- Verify insurance coverage and assess liability issues, communicating with insurance companies as needed.
- Coordinate client medical care, including scheduling appointments and explaining procedures and documentation.
- Continuously monitor case status, review medical records, and prepare files for demand writers.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive case files to ensure all necessary documentation is readily available.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a substantial personal injury caseload.
- Active membership in the Bar Association with a good standing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and interact effectively with clients.
- Determination and drive to achieve optimal client outcomes and succeed in case resolutions.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Education and Certifications:
