Legal Staff
Licensing/Regulatory Compliance Analyst The candidate works closely with management to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Tribal Gaming licensing requirements, regulations and ordinances as well as regulatory related reports and information. Completes and submits all documentation related to gaming applications for the Company, its subsidiaries, management and field personnel. Complete all aspects of gaming licensing applications and/or gaming submissions including, but not limited to, completing detailed forms, writing letters and gathering documentation. Ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of each gaming applications and reports submitted on behalf of the Company. Maintain summary reports and/or database systems. Review and monitor the submission of license applications and/or gaming submissions. Prepare and update source documents used in applications and/or submissions. Review correspondence from gaming regulatory agencies and determine action required and prepare necessary correspondence , documents, check requests and other written communication. Maintain database of verbal and written communication with gaming regulatory agencies. Maintain appropriate communications within and between various divisions. Support company policies and procedures; make appropriate recommendations. Maintain electronic filing systems according to departmental procedures. Maintain and secure confidential information. Submit reports as required by each regulatory agency. Other duties as assigned. Associates Degree, Certified Legal Assistant, Paralegal or experience deemed equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, software applications, databases and spreadsheets. Proficient in conducting internet research. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Licensing and/or regulatory experience. Ability to read, write and speak Spanish or any other language.
