Legal Admin/Paralegal - Family Law/Estates and Trusts Duties: Perform secretarial and clerical duties. Answer telephone calls. Maintain files and assist with filing. Schedule meetings and appointments. Create, format and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations. Perform tasks related to billing, time keeping and accounts receivable/accounts payable Transcribe dictation and occasionally prepare correspondence on own initiative On occasion, deliver or collect documents for attorney at courthouse, other law offices, etc. On occasion, make travel arrangements and hotel reservations for attorneys. Perform additional duties as required.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Must have 3-5 years administrative experience in legal services. Must be technologically skilled and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently. Must have a proven track record of success in legal services, excellent organizational skills, above average typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize projects and multitask in a fast paced, team environment.
