Take and defend depositions. JD from an accredited law school are required. Admitted to practice in California are required. 2-4 years of litigation experience are required. Defense experience in one or more (preferred) of the following areas: auto, premises, construction, professional liability and/or insurance coverage are required. Superior communication, writing, and research skills Judicial Clerkship a plus.
