Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate will work for the next 4 months. Should have 1+ years of experience. Will have a BA degree and relevant experience. Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is needed. Mustbe proficient typing skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and administrative writing proficiency. Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar administrative experience helpful. Responsibilities: Work with Legal Staff to create and organized the Trustâ€™s files, records, and archives/ Assist with FOIL requests. Assist with the collection and filing of Certificates of Insurance. Develop and prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and communication materials. Transcribe Board meeting minutes./ Scan and record various documents. Secure and maintain confidential information. Contribute to special projects. Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Develop and maintain filing systems. Proof-reading and drafting of documents under the direction of an attorney.
