Litigation Technology Support Specialist The candidate as a Project Delivery Specialist in the Forensics and Investigations group will: Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals in order to develop and implement project plans, including processing, hosting platform imports and document production. Coordinate appropriate workflow tasks including data management, processing, production and quality control. Work with a variety of litigation support technologies including: Relativity, Nuix, IPRO eCapture, LAW PreDiscovery, Venio, Concordance and more. Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals. Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management. Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues. Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy. Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have typically 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. Preferred: Prior professional services or federal consulting experience. Law degree. Certification in eDiscovery program. Must have Bachelor's degree. Should have experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases. Must have Detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of processes at each stage of eDiscovery lifecycle. Should be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry â€œbest practicesâ€ including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response. Knowledge and experience with eDiscovery projects and related technologies is needed. Must have ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence. Should have professional oral and written communication skills. Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement.
