Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Management of database and files Tracking status of client files Filing and organizing files Copying and scanning of client documents Administrative and customer service functions essential to the operation of the firm Scheduling important dates and meetings; Answer and direct incoming calls; and Document preparation. Managing client files; Prepare tax returns and various tax forms Prepare client documents for filing; Prepare various estate planning documents; Prepare various business forms; Billing; and Act as an office manager to a certain extent.

Requirements: Bachelor s degree required; paralegal certificate a plus, enrolled agent license a plus, bilingual a plus, ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience preferably in a law or accounting office. Proven success in a fast-paced environment with varied duties and can multi-task; efficient at managing time and prioritizing tasks, tech savvy individual with experience with LexisNexis or similar databases, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
