Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be reading, interpreting, preparing, revising and finalize legal documents; knowledge of Bluebooking and cite check. Will be drafting and responding to documents including interrogatories, production and admissions requests; discovery indices, document review and organization, prepare deposition summaries. Indexing documents and evidence, trial binder preparation, manages trial transcripts, drafting settlement agreements and distribution statements. Managing all essential case records, create case investigation notebooks, conduct interviews, legal research. Knowledge of court rules and procedures. Court calendaring and docketing. Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of paralegal experience. Type approximately 60 wpm, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat Pro, iMange, Elite, iPro, and DocuSign (or similar programs) is needed. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written is needed. Manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, excellent time management is needed.
