Senior Legal Secretary The candidate: Prepares legal pleadings, briefs, memoranda, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, and correspondence for final submission to Court/Council. Develops, maintains and closes legal case files using appropriate standards and maintains confidentiality. Performs duties related to the drafting, revision and codification of City ordinances. Acts as front desk receptionist in the absence of Administrative Assistant. Performs additional duties as assigned. Should have High School diploma or GED. Associates Degree preferred. Must have 4+ years of progressively responsible secretarial experience, including 2+ years of experience in a legal office.
