The candidate will be advising on the employment aspects of M&A transactions. Providing high-level counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues. Litigating Trade secret/employee mobility, the whistleblower (SOX, Dodd-Frank), and high stakes single-plaintiff employment actions. Defending against complex employment actions in state and federal court, including pay equity class actions. Must have top academic credentials with 5-8 years of experience. Trial experience is a plus. Strong writing and client relations skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to manage litigation, are required.
