Investment Funds Practice Attorney
The candidate will have primary responsibility for handling fund investor limited partner interest transfer requests including the collection of information regarding the transfer request and the transferring party in order to analyze the request, review of transferee investor suitability qualification requirements (such as completed transferee investor subscription booklets, US tax forms and diligence materials) and preparation of transfer documentation. Stellar organizational skills, as well as professional and academic credentials required. Should have 3-4 years of experience in an attorney position relating to onboarding investors, preferably relating to Hedge Funds and Private Equity funds is strongly preferred.
