Litigation Project Assistant The candidate will handle file management. Will draft, review, and/or edit documents and correspondence. Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc. Draft complaints and answers, routine notices, affidavits, motions and petitions. Perform assigned legal research tasks. Establish, organize and maintain pleading boards, attorney trial notebooks, expert witness notebooks, document indexes and lists. Billing. Trial preparation. Other duties as assigned. Litigation experience is preferred. BA degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other legal software applications.
