Legal Assistant Duties: Corresponding with clients, creating new files, document retrieval, document drafting, assisting the attorneys with their current projects, general office duties (such as phones, scanning, and filing), maintaining the front office, and other duties as instructed.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; strong attention to details; self-oriented and self-disciplined; strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal; proficiency in use of MS-based systems, the Web, and Word; basic knowledge of office electronics. Foreign languages: Spanish or Mandarin Chinese preferred.
