Duties

  • Stay up to date on workers' compensation laws and regulations to provide clients with the most current advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in legal services.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Licensing: Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to think critically and analyze complex legal issues.
    • Excellent case management and organizational abilities.
    • Proven experience in client relationship management and legal negotiations.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
