Pre-Litigation Attorney Duties: Provide answers and guidance to clients who are seeking legal help, particularly on personal injury claims. Develop new business for the firm. Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Degree from a four-year college or university, graduate degree from an accredited law school. 2 years in personal injury law with litigation experience. License to practice law in Tennessee. License to practice law in Kentucky is a plus. 1-3 years of Personal Injury experience.
